2012

Founded

Founded in May 2012 as Virtus Group.

2016

Hurricane Matthew

Hurricane Matthew made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane and brought devastating flooding, strong winds and moderate storm surge to the coast of Eastern North Carolina. 

2017

Hurricane Harvey

Hurricane Harvey underwent rapid intensification and made landfall near Port Aransas, Texas as a Category 4 hurricane producing catastrophic flooding in the region.

2018

Renamed

In June 2018, we changed our name from The Virtus Group to Commercial Restoration Company to better reflect who we were growing into.

Hurricane Ian made landfall on Florida's southwestern coast as a dangerous, high-end Category 4 storm.

2024

Hurricanes Helene and Milton

Hurricane Helene hit Florida's Gulf Coast as a Category 4, causing catastrophic flooding in the southern Appalachians, widespread wind damage to North Carolina, and storm surge in western Florida.

Hurricane Milton hit Siesta Key, Florida, as a Category 3, triggering 46 tornadoes, heavy rain, and localized flooding.

Corporate Office Moves into New Location

Our corporate office moved to its new location at 7100 E. Belleview Ave., Suite 301, Greenwood Village, CO, marking an exciting milestone in our growth and expansion.
